Heidi Plusczok and Zawieruszynski! Wow!

Hi, everyone!

I was browsing through a few online doll retailers' Web sites last night and came across a few doll artists whose work is absolutely amazing.

Heidi Plusczok

Zawieruszynski

(Dalia (vinyl) is my favorite, and if you look under the gallery of past dolls (vinyl), from the 2005 collection, I love Danka and Otylia.)

I think that these dolls are beautiful. There's even a brief video on Heidi Plusczok's Web site showing how she makes the dolls. Fascinating!

Do any of you own one of these artists' dolls? I would love to add some of these to my collection but they are far, far out of my price range at $500+/doll.

Those dolls are so realistic looking! I don't own anything even remotely close to them--I think I'd be afraid to with a little one in the house!

They are really amazing--I'm sure someone here has either heard of them before or has one.
