I want to make baby sister for Addy - baby Polly dimensions?

Hi! I want to use an older non-AG doll to create Addy's baby sister. My problem is that I am not sure of the correct size/scale for an 18" Addy. Can someone tell me how long (head to toe) and how round her head is of Felicity's baby Polly? This would help me to choose the correct size doll for Addy's sister. Thank you!

I'm not sure on the head size.

I am using a 8.5 inch AA Zapf Mini Chou-Chou as Addy's sister. The great thing about them is that the AA ones actually have AA facial fatures and aren't just darkened caucasian dolls. They have inset eyes.

I will post a photo in just a little while.Our Esther is a Corolle doll that I purchased from a fellow board member. She seems so perfect to me. She does have painted eyes.I think I may like the inset eyes on Sara's doll better.

Here are some photos of our babies. Forgive their lack of clothing.. they are waiting for me to make them some new dresses.

Our Baby Polly (Well, actually the AGOT Baby... but same baby.) measures 8" from the top of her hear to the tip of her toes. Measuring right about the eyesbrows, her head is 6 3/4 " around.She is about 7 1/4" around the waist.

Her is our Esther next to Baby Polly, And a photo of her with her big sister.
