Kailey's Hair line???

Do any of the dolls besides Kailey and #15 have the same hair line?

Are Kailey and #15 twins? Okay, besides the color, but the same face mold?

I noticed their similarities right away when I posed my Kailey and AGT 15 side by side. They both have very dark eyes, same hairline, same face mold. Just different hair and complexion.
