    OK... this is a little weird. And I keep wondering about it. I was hoping somone would know why this Kirsten doll I found on ebay has one silver eye and one regular? It's a little freaky...

    Yes, that is the condition known as "silver eye" that occurs when the pigment separates itself from the back of the eye. It does happen occasionally in the older dolls; some of our members have speculated that it can be caused by continued exposure to bright light.

    The AG hospital will fix it for free if you return it to them, as this is considered a defect in the doll. However, unless you ask them to please leave this PM head and just replace the eye, they will swap out the old head for a new Mattel one.
