I've saved all summer, and I want to treat myself to some mini dolls. (I love the mini dolls! So cute! So tiny!) I was about to order on Amazon, but I wish I knew EXACTLY when they came out ... is it worth it to just put in a pre-order (especially for Mini Emily), or hunt around on eBay, or what should I do?

I really don't know what I'd do, Bean...are you more impatient for the dolls, or more cheap? If you buy from Amazon, I don't think you'll get them any quicker than you would if you ordered from AG. (Obviously the non-Emily dolls would come MUCH slower!). Maybe you can order one from AG and get the rest from Amazon? (Of course, they're cheaper on Amazon, so if you're up for waiting, you can just wait.)
I've only pre-ordered one item from Amazon.com and it arrived about when it was estimated to arrive--that item had a clearly stated release date, though.
