    Hi, I'm relatively new to AG dolls (well, my daughter's an expert on them, but I'm still learning.

    I had a quick quiestion. Could you tell me if any of these outfits are authentic American outfits? They are all well-made, but none of them have tags.

    It looks like you have some very nice homemade versions of AG dresses. I see an Addy school dress, Felicity school dress, Addy Christmas dress, Molly PJs, and a few apron dresses that look like they were made from Kirsten's birthday dress pattern. You must have a very talented seamstress in the family! [img]smile.gif[/img]

    Hi, welcome to the board!

    It looks like you have some very nice and lovingly made outfits in your collection; however, I'm not sure if all of them are real. Polly Marie mentioned that the middle garments of the first and fourth pictures may be real, but--

    The inner lining of the garment in the first pic doesn't look right to me. I have seen Addy's school dress in person, and I don't recall it having a light blue lining, although I could be wrong. Otherwise, though, it pretty much does look like the real thing.

    As for the outfit in the fourth picture, which are supposed to be Molly's striped pajamas--I'm sure this is a reproduction. I own Molly's PJ's from AG and they come with white buttons, not red. The top should also have a wider collar.

    I hope this helps. Also, you should definitely check out the AG website to make comparisons. [img]wink.gif[/img]
