replacement parts ?

I need a few replacement peices for a few sets I bought on ebay. Is there a place with a list of the codes and prices or do you have to call cs to do order them?
I just need Kirsten's pantaloons and stuff like that, I don't want to have to rebuy the whole meet outfit.

Go to www.agplaythings.com then scroll down and click on the box with "replacement parts code index". Wait for the pop-up and bingo, there's a whole list of replacement part codes!

Do note that most of those items are not available anymore. I tried to order about 50 replacement parts and only 10 were still available to purchase.

Yes, you have to call for replacement parts. They didn't even ask me for a code. I just told them what I wanted and the lady told me it was available and the price. She was really helpful.

I'm having trouble with replacement parts too. I had no luck with the codes from the AG Playthings website, so I called CS to get the codes.

However, when I tried to place my online order, I kept getting messages that the codes (provided by CS) were invalid! The only one that worked was for Molly's glasses, and they are sold out! I think I may end up doing this order over the phone, because I seem to have bad code karma!

You can only order replacement parts over the phone, that's why it didn't work online. [img]wink.gif[/img]
