Hi!

My DD is completely into fake food right now and is having a great time serving the dolls (and dinosaurs) imaginary pieces of our Angelina Ballerina's cheddar cheese pie. I also got her Kit's lunch food as a replacement part.

She is just having such a fun time with those little items that I was contemplating getting her some more food and wondering...

What are your favorite AG food sets and does anyone have the party treats for any historical doll? Any reviews or suggestions?

    Thanks, Katie

We have the tea treats for Felicity and they are gorgeous. We have the tea set to go with it and it is also one of my favorites.

My youngest is playing in her "kitchen" right now and serving up Chinese food to her dolls.

When I first started collecting in the late 1980s I ordered Molly's lunch (which was packed in brown paper bags) and the food was hand made, you can even see finger prints on the pear. That is my all time favorite food item.

I love all the lunch sets. I have them all and love dressing my girls in their school outfits and getting out all their lunches to display around them. I don't have any of the birthday sets, but I do have Kit's candies and her waffles. All of the above are very cute!

Good luck choosing and let us know which food pieces you decide to buy!

Kirsten's party treats are the best. It comes with a heart shape cake, a ton of little strawberries, a salt box of flowers and a wooden platter. I've gotten a lot of play out of it over the years.

I have Kit's party treats, and would definitely suggest them. The cake roll and sherbert look so real and delicious. And like MaryCarly mentioned, Kit's waffles are great. They, too, are very realistic.
