Please Post Your Addy Hairstyles Here!!!

I don't know how well you can see it from my signature pic, but my Addy's hair is parted on the side and then I braided into pigtails. I then braided the pigtails together into one braid down her back and put a bow at the bottom.

This is my Addy's hair right now. I just took a bunch of little clippys and did a row. Then on the next row, I hooked half of each row from the first row to the one next to it. That really made no sense, so maybe pics will help.

For the most part I like Addy's hair just down.

I did cornrows back to her crown, then loose-braided each one of those to the end of the braid, with the rest of her hair hanging loose under her braids.

wow, all the hairstyles are amazing! My son's fiance just got her second doll, Addy, a week ago. She's never read Addy's stories but just fell in love with her because she's so pretty. Also, she was dying to work with Addy's hair! I'll have to take some photos of some of her hair dos. They're cool.

After seeing the photos on this thread, and seeing Addy in person, she now shares the #1 spot of which doll to get next, along with Emily. I'm no longer intimidated with Addy's hair. Instead, it looks really fun to play with and style.

I love ALL of your hairstyles! I really wish I could acutally DO most of them, LOL.
The cornbraids are awesome, and I love the twisted braid and the 3 braids. I love Addy's hair down, too, excpet that it's a little uneven at the bottom so it tends to bother me a little bit. [img]redface.gif[/img] [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Oh and how could we forget. Addy looks stunning in buns and very simple styles too!

This is just a really quick "pull it into a high pony and wrap the pony around the top and clip bun" and it looks SOO good on her.

(if you say otherwise, she'll beat you with her giant rolling pin)








I used 2 star barrettes, but bobby pins work just as well to hold it. You only need one barette, but I put 2 so both sides match.
