I am getting too off topic.. this has nothing to do with Rebecka!

    Looking up trademarks is entertaining.

I love the idea of a Jewish doll. Especially if she is a historical doll and will have a series of books. I grew up in a small community where there really wasn't much religious diversity. I didn't really learn about different religions until I was at college and made some very patient friends...

I would definately buy this doll for my daughter or myself!

    My fingers are crossed!

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Reading your post makes me feel warm all over. Thanks.

I checked the trademark site to see if I could find a pattern regarding the date of the trademarks and when a new doll actually came out. Unfortuately, I had no luck.

Yeah- that sounds like a Jewish girl's name if I ever heard one! I'm a little surprised they went with something so common though. I've been waiting for my Jewish historical AG for yrs! I wonder how far in the future she's planned for. I hope she has hazel eyes and long wavey brown hair like me!

You know what would've been interesting, if they didn't already have a WW2 doll, if they had done a Jewish girl living in World War 2.
