When I went to AG to try to check my order status, it says there are no records of any orders on my account. Eeek! [img]eek.gif[/img]
I needed to track a couple of packages.. Anyone else having this problem?
The message says:
"We were unable to locate any orders for your account. Please wait 30 minutes from the time you submitted your online order to view the status. If it has been 30 minutes or more, please return to the Order Status screen and verify the information you entered. You may also call Customer Service, available at 1-800-845-0005, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Central Time, seven days a week, or e-mail us at [email protected]."

Did you click on order status then put in your information on the right side, not just your email and password, if this makes any since. That's the only way I could check mine.
