I called AG to get the reference number for various items that we lost from Sam's party treats. When I tried to order them individually on the website I got an error message saying that the reference number could not be found. Do I have to order these pieces from the toll-free number? I wanted to use the $10.00 off code, but I need to order online to use the code. THANKS

Yes, I'm pretty sure to order replacement parts, you have to order through the phone.

Yup, you have to put replacement part orders through CS. You can apply the $10 off $30 total code, though; I did it on an order last week that was mostly replacement parts.
