Getting Jess!

My fiance told me this evening he ordered a doll for me, then made me wait a while before telling me that it's Jess! Yay! She'll be here before my birthday on the 16th, and I'll get to open her early. He didn't use the code like I told him too, and didn't get her accessories (which is fine since I wouldn't use them anyways, but the monkey is so cute). Je also gave me $40 to spend on fabric today and I blew almost all of it on fleece since it was a really good price. I got some pink, light blue, and lilac that I think will go really well with the new AGoT/JLY meet outfit. I was thinking of doing some fleece zip up vests as a way to make the outfit more fall/winter-like and tone down the flower shirt.
MY new PM Samantha is on her way too, along with a new wig, so I'll be posting pictures very soon.
Felicity is still with one of my managers adn her DGD, and I'm anxious to get her back. I may loan her Sam once I get her rewigged.
But, anyways, I just wanted to say "Yay I'm getting Jess!"

I hope you adore Jess! I haven't bonded with her myself but, as I posted in a previous thread, this is probably a good thing because I truly bought her for my DD to have in the future when she's a bit older and can enjoy playing with her and that cute little monkey.

All of your sewing projects sound cute--I like the idea of some vests, very trendy!

I really enjoyed looking thru your album. I used to sew - in fact, I made rag dolls and clothes to sell. Now I just don't enjoy sewing. I can never get the tension set on my machine. I had it serviced and it was better for a while but... I'd rather sew on my mom's machine but then so would she!
