If anyone has seen the 24/7 books, that is where it's from. They have a book for each of the 50 states and an America 24/7 book as well. This is from the ILLINOIS 24/7, on page 38. I've seen the book dozens of times at the bookstores, but today Borders had a whole bunch of 24/7 books reduced on clearence from $24.99 to $3.99!
The caption says:
