AG Place question

I plan on placing our order in a couple of days using a personal shopper. I've went to the online store found the Chicago store phone number since that's the closet store to us. Here's where I'm confused they all have the same phone number 1-877-AG Place, how do I know if I'm getting Chicago or what. Is there a different number for each store?

After you dial the toll free number it will ask you which store you want. AGCP is number 1 since it was the first store, AGNYP is number 2 and AGLAP is 3. But if you order from on line you can use the free shipping code and not pay shipping.

Can't I use the free shipping code when I call? I thought someone on here said to tell the personal shopper you have a code first thing. I want to make sure I do this right and don't screw up.
