Andy, his head has grayed like many of the old Mego figures. Some, not all, Mego figures heads have discolored over time, due to the type of plastic used for a number of figures. This is a common problem with later Mego figures, like ChiPs, Dukes of Hazard, Buck Rogers, etc. So, he has what has been dubbed "Mego Disease"
Peeker, awesome choice man! I really need to start doing more foreign toys in the VTOTDs!
