Cool

Here's what it looks like with some drybrushing with white. The photo looks a little more harsh than seeing it in person.

Nothing more was done other than the drybrush work.

Still, I'm happier with it after detailing it.

    Question

Is it possible to see a before pic?

Can you just take all that dry brushing off and take a picture of it?

    Cool

But now it doesn't capture the mood of the painting...

You've done a good job, and there is a lot of detail there that's normally unnoticed. But I have to agree with Spore. Now it's more of a Worhol than a Giger.

    Wink

Hmmm...interesting opinions on what I did.

You purists have a great point, but I just did't care that much about the intended effect.

I was dissapointed in the small size and splotchy paint job, and at least now I can see it against my black shelf.

    Wink

I like it! this is one of those things where exact details shouldn't matter! If I had one, I'd probably repaint it to my liking! ...I think... pink!
