In 1979, Nearly a dozen young people are killed at concert of the rock band The Who in Cincinnati, Ohio. Eleven victims were trampled to death during a stampede for seats at the Riverfront Coliseum. The band was not informed of the deaths until after the show.

Wasn't that the event that lead to the "end" of festival seating in most large arenas? [img]graemlins/hmmm.gif[/img]
