Cool

Is it really worth it ?

You think I can play it with an AMD Athlon XP 2800 and an GeForce FX 5500 128MB ?

Why in the world they don't release a demo ?

I tried Doom 3 demo, and that bastard really takes a bite of my current system, even in the lowest parameters......

Right now I still have the AMD Duron 1300(950mhz) and the ATI 9000 64MB, that's why I wanted to upgrade.

It should play, just not with all the graphic details you'll proably want.

It's a very good game... I beat it in a bout a week (playing about 2-3 hours a night). Then I was done with it... but then they just released Deathmatch for it on Tuesday (it's a download through Steam... which is the online program you are required to connect to to run the game). You HAVE to be connected to the Internet to play HL2... which has pissed off a lot of people, but I have broadband, so I don't really give a rip.

I would recommend the game though.
