Other people have posted on the whiteboard about having problems using browsers other than IE. I'm not computer guru, but an educated guess would be that the whiteboard has been assimilated by the collective known as Microsoft. [img]wink.gif[/img]
Strange things are afoot. When I go to the white board, the main (front) page will open for me, but when I go into the forums, it freezes up on me and won't open threads. The strange thing is, it does this with my Netcaptor browser, but when I go to the board using regular Internet Explorer, it will work.
Now, I thought maybe it was just a problem with Netcaptor, but I never had problems accessing the board before, don't have any problems accessing any other boards or sites, and I can still access Palisades board which is the same type of board as the white board, and I even downloaded Mozilla's Firefox to see if it would work. Not only did Firefox not work, it was WORSE, it froze my whole browser screen up, and I couldn't get out.
So my question is, what the HELL is going on? Doesn't seem like anyone else is having problems accessing it.
And yes, my cache has been cleaned. I just don't get it. any ideas?

While we are at it. What web browser do you use, and why do you like it?

I don't spend that much time on the white board anymore anyway, so I guess if I do want to check it out, I will just have to use IE. Still strange though, considering Netcaptor works off IE.

You know - I am the oppostie on the sytem I am on now.
I can open the forums in Firefox, but not in IE

yeah - I have 3 computers I access both these boards from
two are fine with both - one at home is funky with IE
Been trying to figure it out for the last couple of weeks with no luck
I use ie and when I cant get in the forums, I just restart the pc and it works alot of the time
