K, I'm going in tomorrow to start on a half sleeve(more Nightmare Before Christmas stuff). My question is to I tip after each session(she told me it might take 3) or just wait til we're done? She said she was just going to charge me like 150-200 after each session. If so, how much should I tip after each session or total?

I'd tip at the end only. But my tattoo guy knew from the start that's what I was gonna do... So I guess you should ask her what she prefers... (in the end it will be the same total anyway, so no big deal imo...)

Ok, as a tattoo guy this is what many of my sustomers do. On a single tattoo, one session they generally tip then and only then. Larger pieces, people that have come to me before they generally will tip at the end of the last session. Now, on this guy I did a back piece I did he tipped me after each and every session, seeing how his back peice took 2 years to complete.
If you know your artist and have gone to them before and plan on doing so in the future tip as you see fit or you can tip all at once 3 sessions at figure $175 each, add 'em up and figure out what you'd tip for each session an give it all at once heck Christmas is commin up.
