its $95 a month regular service...and the hardware they provide sucks. wait till march. they have a new box coming out that is capable of 1080p (component and hdmi connections)...and looks like a nice piece.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">well the specs for the box they are using now has component and DVI, which is a straight conversion to HDMI with no loss.... just the cost of a pricey cable. my local service provider only offers component with the DVR box, which costs $15 more a month, etc. and they only have 9 HD channels, whereas VOOM has like 20 or 30 something. and from their site, the $90 package gives you TONS of movie channels in HD. i'm mostly wondering if anybody here has had a bad experience with them. but thanks for the input, bone! wow, that sounded bad.....

If everyone here wants to chip in, I'd like an HDTV for Christmas.
