    Question

    If they would have voided my sale - would I have gotten an email?

    Do they email that the item shipped?

    I've only received the order confirmation email .... [img]confused.gif[/img]

    Log into their site and check your status. I placed mine Friday (2 Hawkeyes, a Deadpool, a Phoenix and a Vision) - and it is in status "BILLED" - and says it was processed. No tracking number, but it seems to have gone smoothly.

    I think I got the order in before all the yahoos started ordering tons of them... I've been hearing lots of voided reports...

    someone on the white board said he called becaus his status became voided and the people at marvel said he should still get his order in about two weeks since they are in the process of changing warehouses. who knows, but mine still says billed

    I see a "billed" and a "void" on it... [img]confused.gif[/img]

    I only ordered one figure... and used the code 316 mentioned. Would they kill my order to keep from sending me a figure for free?

    thats highly possible. i just checked my girlfriends order and heres is the same as yours. my order consisted of 3 figures and i used the coupon code but i still owe money and mine just says billed. seems oftly dumb to send free figures out but they should have required a minimum purchase for the coupon to work in the first place

    I just checked my order and I now have two orders for two different amounts on their site, and I only placed one order!?!? I also tried to call customer service which states that you can reach them from 8am to 9pm PST and when I finally got through I got a message that said you can reach us from 8am to 5:30pm PST. What the hell? [img]confused.gif[/img]
