Anybody notice no shipping on those orders and that the total doesn't match up with the rest of the order? I think their computer system is probably going nuts.. I'd make sure you aren't charged for the figures then email Joe or his wife directly and send them a copy of that and request they have someone look into their system.

lately the customer service has been horrible....unanswered emails..packing etc....don't know what happened lately....
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">They probably got overwhelmed. They've got ads in major hobby-related magazines (Toy Fare, etc.) and I'm sure the volume of new customers was more than they were ready for.

I'm sure Joe being out of town for conventions doesn't help, either.

Hope your problems get straightened out, guys.

    <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Do the following:
    1. Call the CC company and put the charges in dispute.
    2. IMPORTANT: Write a letter to your CC company. They need the request in writing.
    3. *If* the box arrives, DON'T open it. Bring it back to the PO and refuse delivery.

    Hi there,
OUr webmaster is running tests on our website as we begin to upgrade to
a newer version of the site. He is using some old orders to perform
these tests as some of the features we are adding to our shopping cart
are the ability for customers to go in and edit their own orders, there
is by no means any order being placed for you.

It would have been better for themn to have gone in and create dummy users to do the testing!!

If you need to test something, you set up users that you know where info is going and how it is going out and not send it out to unsuspecting people with the info of charging their CC with items they didn't order.

I usually cut some slack to people that are doing testing when mistakes are made as I do it day in and day out as a profession, but that is just assinine.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Seriously. I'd be really pissed off if that happened to me. If you're going to use an actual customer to test things on, ask them first. Making it look like their credit card is being charged for things they didn't order with absolutely no warning is really damned stupid.

    <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Wow.

    That's really unprofessional of them.

Wouldn't be surprised if people thought twice about ordering from them because of that little slip in judgment.
