Yep, as part of Chem Engineering at good old MSU, we studied quantum physics. Fascinating stuff, but you're head tends to hurt after awhile.

And tied in with string theory and time travel, you should really watch the movie Primer. The best time travel movie ever, in the sense of what it would really be like from a realistic (not "oh no I kissed my mother!") sense.

Yup, Primer is fantastic.

And if you want some good entry level QP reading, check out Hyperspace by Dr. Michio Kaku

I love Quantum Physics....been studying it as a hobby for the past few years...GREAT BOOKS ARE:

"About Time" (check out the reviews at amazon)
"The God Particle" Currently reading.

My favorite theory which has been proven since 1997..so it's now a law...is that an electron is neither positive or negative UNTIL you look at it..then it decides ...then it's opposite decides instantly, even if it is on the other side of the universe...faster than light. PROVING the universe is neutral until viewed...which gives near-proof of alternate universes that we exist in. Somewhere in another universe...there is a Chaserfan who hates Spawn!

Nothing comes closer to explaining the meaning of life than Quantum physics.

Perception is reality. Period.

*wipes eyeball prints off electron*

As long as an electron lives under my roof "I" decide if it's negative or positive!
