he's obviously meant to wear the hat at all times.

It's probably a bad angle thing cause most of the Rocky versions have that same head and they're obviously not all meant to wear the hat

I will say that it's a big step, and for people who play with toys, they look really good. But for me, they are still a bit "cartoony"
