Greetings all! Went and saw "The Lion King" at Lansing's Wharton theater last night. What an incredible production! Kudos to the stage and costume designers! Just an amazing treat for the eyes. The musical performance was awesome too.

The only shortcoming IMO was that the script is taken directly from the Disney movie. You know where all the jokes are and they just don't come off as crisp. Plus, nobody can truly recreate Nathan Lane's role as Timon.

Got a call from from of my kids-
Seems he's got a Marvel Select Thanos for me [img]smile.gif[/img]
& I told him to look for a Watcher(that I hear is starting to show)
But he can't pay his rent this month so the toy(s?) are going to cost me $380.00............

No school today for the kiddies because of freezing rain. Didn't seem so bad coming in but I just heard a solidary crack of thunder! Odd.

We're getting a bit of snow and sleet over the 1/2" of ice here in Michigan.

MM4, do you REALLY want this group to "express themselves"? I'm thinking you're going to end up with a clothing-optional coffeeshop again.
