Qui-Gon mini-bust, SDCC Anakin reviews

I didn't intend for both reviews to be Star Wars tonight - I didn't even notice til I started putting together the final touches on the upload. But sure enough, both reviews cover SW product!

My review is of the recent Qui-Gon Jinn bust from Gentle Giant. I just raved earlier this week about the great GG Harry Potter busts, but this Qui-Gon doesn't live up to the standards of some of GG's other work. It's not all one problem - it's a combination of sculpt, paint and design that disappoints.

The guest review is from Dan, and covers the SDCC Anakin Skywalker exclusive. Dan did a guest review of the regular Anakin as well, so he has a great perspective. You can find all the reviews at the usual:

Nice review as always.. I passed on the Qui-Gon Bust.. The hole hand thing drove me crazy.. After reading your review and looking at the photos. I see I made the right decision. Why couldn't Qui-Gon been a con exclusive instead of Shocktrooper? Which I would love to be able to get one of. [img]frown.gif[/img]
