(What the hell, might as well use the WB's space...plus I'm too tired and too lazy to post it again here!

Should've had CSC send it usps...it gets there quicker and is typically much safer.
I'm very tempted to buy this figure...The thing is just amazing. But I really don't have the cash or room for it...

You're handling this very well (or at least seem to be ). If my $60+ haul arrived like that I would be dropping some F-bombs. I guess having a replacement on the way helps matters.
I'm on the fence w/ this figure...it looks great...just not sure if I'm fan enough to drop that much cash on the figure (though I may end up buying one for my sister - she would LOVE it).
Maybe I'll find one on clearance...

Nomalas - I saw your post on the WB and can feel your pain. Mine arrived from Killertoys on Friday and it was also broken at the waist. Funny thing is that the box was in mint condition and it was not until further and a closer inspection and after opening the box that I noticed the breakage at the waist.
I have gone from extremely disappointed and pissed to somewhat more calm. I will be speaking with Killertoys on Monday to see what they will do for me. I guess worse case scenario is that they decide not to accept my return and give me my money back and I am stuck with trying to fix an almost $100 figure. Best case scenario, in my opinino, is that I am able to send him back to KT and get my money back. In the future, if I happen to see one at the local Tower Records and I can personally inspect the figure and/or open it before buying, I might buy it.
