Starts in the comic world for me-I'm a big Mignola/Hellboy junkie!!!!!
And I love comic based figures-

Then to hear that it's coming to film-and with Mignola watching was a big plus.
I love comic based movies-especially when they're not Marvel or DC.....

The fact that Mezco made some good looking figures is also cool~

yeah ,definately people who ACTUALLY want to get interested shoudl pick up soem issues of hellboy, or some TPB's (which will be easier to find)

I've already made two HB lovers just because they started off liking the figures

Saw the figures in Suncoast, and they looked well made to be sure, but I passed. I may pick up the 'Trenchcoat' version since I have the feeling I'm going to like the film. The trailers are pretty intriguing. I know absolutely nothing about the comic...so far.

Never read the comic (can't stand the art), but I'm extremely psyched about the movie and like chaser said, the character designs are just really cool.

Cool characters + cool figures = me buy.
