Question about cable and Picture in picture??

I just got cable and the picture in picture feature on my TV does not work now. all you see is the black & white fuzzy picture. Does anyone here know how to fix this problem.

All I have is the one cable line going to ant 1. So do they make a splitter I can buy to connect to ant 2?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Yes, you need that to feed the other antena input. You can get it ant any Radio Shack or Walmart.....
