I may also cut down the number of Predators to one of each unique type. However, there will some carnage so I am not 100% sure yet.

I have two 12" Aliens and two 12" Predators on the way from Joe @killertoys.com.
My plan is to have a separate shelf/display area for 12" -ers. I have a loose, sunglasses version of Arnold (12"), and a MIB version.
My idea is to put the unopened one behind the open version.
I'd like to get two of each of the 12" WOR Spawn & "Jazz Hands", but I can't afford it. I'm heavily "invested" in the Alien & Predator lines.
Terminator 2, Predator 1 & 2, and Aliens are my top 3 favorite movies. I think I'll be happy just having those in the 12" size. If you visit my website (click my banner in my sigblock), you will see I have a pretty good Spawn collection in the "normal" size.
12" figures are cool, but man, they'll take up a lot of "real estate". So unless Todd & Crew put out a 12" Terminator Endoskeleton, I'm pretty much done with the 12" size. (Yes, I'm trying to convince myself.)
I'm not very impressed with the Stealth Predator in transition 12" figure. I believe it could have been done much better than it was.

Wow! That's gotta be some kind of record! Have you figured out what you're going to start with? Plywood or some other kind of surface material? It's going to have to support a fair amount of weight.
