That was from a Dr. Who episode in the first season. The Doctor took Rose a million years or so into the future to see the Earth be engulfed by the dying sun. There was a space station set up for "high society" from around the galaxy to view it. That flap of skin claimed to be the "last" human. Quite a funny episode really.
