Wink

Why - that is what eBay is for! That and Preordering!

I preordered a set of Conan figures from SpawnToys, so looking forward to those coming in for Kim to ship. As well, I am sure I am going to be out looking for a couple more dragons!

and from eBay - I snagged the following:

d2 1 b
SPIDERMAN 1 MCFARLANE SILVER VARIANT TORMENT

d7 1 b
shadowhawk #17 (featuring spawn)

This one was a surprise as I didn't find it on Max's site, and I usually go by the rule that if it isn't on there, it doesn't exist. For 6 cents and shipping, I figured I see how ligit it is.

And the last item, I just finally caed in and gave up tot he temptation. This is only the 3rd bust I hae bought, and the fifth in the collection. I am a little more picky on them than action figures as they are for the most part too expensive to get into

That one is the fifth that I will have in the collection....

This is really for my wife's side of the collection ;-)

front tr sm
The only non-Bowen one.

My favorite - and given to me by a friend
Iron Fist Bust

My favorite Wolverine bust
Weapon X Bust
Weapon X

Always had an affinity for this character (more Pym than the Giant-man, as I liked Goliath and Yellow Jacket as much)
Giant Man Bust

these are the only ones that I have searched to add to the collection. There is still the Smeagol mini-statue that came in the TTT boxed set, and we have 4 cold cast resign statue pieces for Harry Potter (we picked them up at KB toys when they were selling them off at under $20 for a piece originally priced at over $200! We liked them originally, but couldn't consciously spend that much on them, but on sale - hell yeah!)

That Iron Fist kicks arse!

I thought for sure you'd have a couple of the Gentle Giant Star Wars busts.

I have come close to getting a few of those, and I can say that I am fighting it REALLY hard!

The problem with Star Wars is that I am such a geek on that line of anything they put out, I always say "I'll just get one or two" and then I am in a full fleged hunt to find them all!

Also I am a cheap bastid when it comes to the busts. I won't pay for them when they are released at full price, and the GG SW busts are some that hold their price if not go up in the secondary market.

Originally that WOlverine Bust I just won on eBay went for $45, I won it for under $30 shipped. Can't do that with the Star Wars ones, and also the ones I really want are convention exclusives and such which just compond the issue

I hear ya. So far I have been able to control myself and just buy the ones I really like; just OT villians so far (Vader, Fett and the Biker Scout).

I would like to get the Yoda that I missed though...

Thanks Street Worm, I'll pass on the thoughts to my wife.

She gets a couple of colds a year, and for some reason they hit her rather hard compared to me. I think it is just her not use the germs we have over here in the US compared to the UK

Thanks for bring that one to my attention! I'll have to look for it.

Is that a one shot, or a series?

You know Spawn makes a brief appearance in the original ShadowHawk mini....think it's #2(?)
