a long time back I sent and email do to the fact the base for my wall spawn had a problem. well I never got a response and figured it was a dead issue. So I just get a reply months later and they're sending a new one. pretty cool. guess it just took them a long time to get through all the problems.

I don't know if you emailed her directly or not, but I just write straight to Corrinne. Be sure to include your real name and address and she'll usually get right back to you. And it doesn't hurt if you ask for pics of her in a swimsuit.
I e-mailed them once for a Bloodaxe axe that was NOT in the package.They got right back to me and sent it out in a few days!
