    they announced on the local news here that the courts have decided not to revisit the Tony Twist lawsuit against Todd. Pretty much a dead issue for Twist not that the appeal flopped I'd guess.

    ex hockey player of the St Louis Blues sued Todd for using the Name Tony Twist as a thug and killer in the comic. said it will hurt him getting jobs since he retired from hockey. He was a fighter in the game pretty much. Well he lost the law suit and now the appeal it looks like. And he's having no problems getting jobs around here. see him on all kinds of comercials and sports shows.
