McF Customer Service not what it used to be.

Oh, and I will say that my very first request did not include that the head broke off, as it was when the head was simply stuck, before I tried to move it and the joint ripped in half.

I talked to Jon about it, and he said if I email him with pics he'll take it to CS for me.

I honestly don't even care if I have to go out and buy a new one. It's mainly just the fact that I feel like other people are getting a better deal.

Not surprised at all.

Steve the Victim directed me to someone in marketing/promotions MONTHS ago and I'm still waiting to hear a response from them.

All I wanted to do was GIVE a copy of LO-FI to McFarlane Toys, hoping that Todd'll eventually see it.

I'll change poses and stuff, but I can't picture "playing " with them. maybe I'm just old...

Like, do people grab the figures and make sound effects with their mouths and "walk" the figures around and swing their little axes?

Replacing full figs (defective and what-not) should be up to the retailer... accessory glitches should be handled by McF as though it were a manufacturer recall.

I can't fathom the amount of customer complaints they must handle each day... probably evrything from whiny snots about paint apps to figures mauled by the family dog...
