The amount of feedback you have makes a BIG difference on how much is given. A new name, with no feedback looks like it gives a NEUTRAL. When you have a lot of green, then the rep you give, gives more rep points.
Why do I know? I piss off a bunch of sports guys by giving them negative rep, when they came over to the toys board begging for it.
I took some major hits just from a few negatives from "those guys".
I don't care, I just hate when they go begging on the toys board.
