I found this while browsing late-night forums about amateur hockey leagues in the UK. Someone shared their coaching experience and referenced EIHA in the middle of the discussion. What caught my attention was the emphasis on long-term athlete development rather than quick results. As someone who started playing later in life, it was reassuring to see that participation isn’t age-restricted. The explanations felt grounded, and I walked away feeling that hockey here is being built patiently and thoughtfully.
