In many forums, that "Pog" rating is usually used to show a member's level of experience (number of posts.)

Post like a motherfucker, and maybe one day you can work your way up to "Rookie."

There are only two rating levels, you get the next one after 30. It was just something goofy to put in for the time being. I'll probably change them periodically.

I've had that gif for so long that I don't remember where it came from, but probably the Giger USA page.
