I agree with you, KC. I don't think this foreshadows Kurt's future but is probably art that was done a while ago. It may not even have anything to do with the priesthood; maybe it is just showing Kurt trying to conceal himself like KC suggested. I think having Kurt back on the team is an indication that he will not be in the priesthood - just my gut feeling.
