Kurt in new GBA game?

Is Nightcrawler in the new 'Reign of Apocalypse' game for the Game Boy Advance? I saw him battling Wolverine IGN's Trailer, but I haven't seen anything else? Has that game even come out yet? If anyone has it, could you pleeeeease tell me if Kurt is in there! He's the only reason I wanna buy that game!!

I have downloaded an arcade emulator and the X-Men rom. He's in an old fighting game of the kind 2 players against a billion bullies. (sentinels in this case)
