I haven't read them yet, but picked up the first three issues of Terry's new book.
It's kind of sad that I haven't been collecting comic books since he finished his other story, and my other favorite author's no longer with us.
I'm still wondering how that story ends. o.O

I wonder if Drew left any notes (I assume that's who the "other" author is). If he did, maybe it'll get published someday.
As for Echo, I didn't like the first issue but #2 & #3 we're really good. I'll keep reading it but I don't see myself getting as addicted to it as I did SiP.

Yes, he did. Some were hinted at in the final issue Sirius released.
When I picked up Terry's books the guy at the comic book store told me that several artists are going to collaborate finishing up his story. Proceeds will be used to start a fund similar to the CBDL, but for artists with health problems and no insurance.

There is already a organization that does that I believe. It is called The Heroes Initiative if I remember correctly, they used to have another name but it was changed to that a year or two ago.

They used to be ACTOR (A Commitment To Our Roots) and were focused on helping comic pros from the golden age (who got $0.02 a page and never made enough to retire on).
Now they focus on helping everyone in comics.
