I've finally broken down and bought a SiP TPB as a Christmas gift. It took a while to find someone I deem worthy, but I can definetly draw parallels to the story with our life. The biggest question was which volume. I decided Love Me Tender is a good jumping on point, maybe she'll be interested enough to go back for the rest.

Wow! What a great gift to find under the tree! Santa's getting extra milk and cookies this year (oreo's?)! As far as which volume to begin with, Love Me Tender should be a good starting point, although I'm a little partial to a first series/I Dream of You combo, considering that that's what hooked me many moons ago.

The first TPB I gave was High School. I chose this because 1. It was a complete story (two stories counting the Xena parody). 2. It has a good blend of comedy and drama. 3. I think it has some of Terry's best art.
The result? "I liked it!"
