Does Griffin Silver actually exist?

I've been following SIP since the I dream pf you tpb came out and been collecting it ever since, and I just love the lyrics and poetry Terry Moore puts in. From the start I thought Griffin Silver was a fictional character just like Katcho and Francine, and even more so when it turns out Francine is married to Brad Silver, Griffin's brother. However, while going through issue #29 (My Other Life) it says under the lyrics to the song: "My other life by Griffin Silver, from the cd Elegant waste. 1981 Dancers in the Valley Music. I then tried searching for the artist, songs and label on the internet but to no avail. Can someone please help me?

As far as I know Griffin is a fictional character. Terry writes poetry and lyrics.

Do you know how Terry tricked me? Katchoo's only book she has ever read in High School was Elegant Waste by B and I was like, "I want to read it" because there was excrepts from Chapters 1 & 28. So I searched all over Barnes & Noble.com and couldn't fine it.
