Hello, Thank you! I love speaking Japanese. Yes David is japanese.
no clue about the "strangers in paradise" o yomimasuka? part.
Also it's been about a year since I spoke Japanese, it's probably really wrong so please no one laugh at me, I'm very sensitive

dear Mr Terry san
Thank you for replying this message. yes i read all the Stranger in Paradise. im just happy that this is a good story. it brings people into your world so they can appreciate their lives while reading about nice characters.
How many years did you live in Japan?
your japanese is very good!
im tring to give my cousins in japan more of strangers in paradise. They like the story but sometimes are a bit confused and so they lose heart when they are confused by the mixed plot. must be some few things lost in the translation. What is most intresting they say about francine and katchoo and davis is how thier relationship is more "real". in manga always the pretty girl and handsom boy get together in the end and are always happy. the american art was little shocking to them because they are not drawn perfectly pretty every angle. and no extra-dramatic art lines. when they come to america, i will show them the entire collection so they can read all the issues!
thank you for your time
^_^
