    Unhappy

    I need pointers here

Should the digital projection be large or small?
Highly contrasted and bright or normal?

ideal aperture on Super 8 camera?

Should the frames per sec be the same on camera and projector?

I am using BAUER A512 with Kodak Tri-X
I developed today with no results using
    Fomapan r 100 B/W reversal

    your opinions are appreciated

Should the digital projection be large or small?>> Depends on viewing conditions, how bright your lamp is,what size audience you have and such.Generally speaking, the smaller your screen image is,the better your image will be.

Highly contrasted and bright or normal?I would go with normal, but it depends on how it looks to your eye.

ideal aperture on Super 8 camera?>>Depends on lighting conditions. If depth of field is your concern, super 8 has such a small frame area so if you want broad D o F,it shouldn't be an issue.

Should the frames per sec be the same on camera and projector? For normal shooting/showing,yes.Standard speeds, either 18fps or 24 fps is fine.
