<font size="2" face="verdana, sans-serif">That is what I wrote in my earlier post, Mr. Pacini. The one Mr. Alex deleted. I don't think Mr. Alex understands his actions are cauing people (especially newly arrived folk like me) to turn away from his board. I thought having 3 Super8 boards would be an awesome source of information. But it seems that of the three one is a soap opera, one is rarely active, and one is a proper meeting place where people are treated nicely, posts are not edited and deleted, and whatever flare-ups occur are quickly put to rest by diplomatic members.

Let me ssure you, Mr. Alex, that I've been here only a few days and have already been offended by you. This sort of thing is hardly conducive to attracting new members.

As it appears Mr. Alex is away from his board today; according to another post he is participating in this ludicrous re-call election (Americans seem to have a funny view of Democracy!), no doubt we will be spared a reply until tomorrow. Kudos to him however for volunterring to help at the polls: I understand they will be quite busy today, what with Groper the Barbarian pursuing your executive offices. Makes one pine for a manorachy, doesn't it?

<font size="2" face="verdana, sans-serif">And now I find that once I have posted, I cannot edit my grievous typographical errors! "Administrators only" have this luxury, it appears. Which would mean Mr. Alex, who has already edited one of my posts. How fair is that, sir, that I cannot edit my own posts but you exercise the eclusive right to edit or delete them yourself? That is ludicrous and juvenile; I will not post on a board that is so ruefully totalitarian. Tin-plated dictators of internet boards make me want to vomit.

Johnny, when you post that you used to contribute here but don't any more, AND YOU HAVE ONE POST at the time, I'll delete it because it is spam, lying spam.

Explain how you have contributed in the past yet at that time had a post count of ONE before you made that post.

The reason the posts can't be edited is to preserve past posts. Cameraguy and Super-8 Boosterchair decided to delete all of their old replies, which would have ruined several of the topic threads.

Before you condemn, why not ask why?

Mr. Alex, you are obviously in need of serious psychological help. I already stated that I must have been confused about my previous postings, that I had posted on some other boards.

You have lost me as a participant, sir. And let me point out, you lose a possibly valuable one. That Mr. Pacini noted my replies (in one thread regarding marketing) were accurate is no mere thing: I work in the film industry, at a far higher level than one with your attitudes and lack of knowledge will ever be permitted, I assure you.

Your accusation that my mistaken memory constitutes a lie is laughable. It is you who are challenged by honesty, Mr. Alex. It is no secret to anyone here that you are an unmitigated fiend, one whose mental stability is surely in question, and one whose mendacity is unmatched on any of the other Super8 board which you so wrongly condemn.

Perhaps if you seek professional help, you will become clear-headed enough to understand what you have done here, the numerous enemies you have made (many of them industry professionals). Until then, I will no longer grace you with my presence. I encourage you to lose weight and work on your interpersonal skills.

Gasp, my secon one hour break spent responding to these posts.

These are awfully strong words from one who only recently appeared. Is this just a big joke to you?
I deleted one of your posts because you put inaccurate information in it that was a form of spam because you implied you had posted many times before.

I have moved on from that, but now you use my deleting of that inaccurate topic post you started as some type of "evidence".

Why not just try posting topics and see what happens.

Jukkasil, I keep waiting for a legitimate post from you, but it never seems to materialize.

If Alex banned everyone who pissed him off, there would be nobody here but Alex.

Actally, if you watch, here's the process:

1. A newbie shows up, posts some questions about something, or talks about a project they're working on, etc..

2. Alex posts in return, giving "advice" which he usually is unqualified to give, and is usually either wrong, or includes some inflammatory political remarks or something.

3. Newbie disagrees on some point of Alex' advice.

4. Alex turns into an A-hole, either edits or deletes the persons' posts, denegrates them in some way, or otherwise acts like an adult version of that schoolyard bully we all hated when we were kids.

5. The person either just leaves, or if not, Alex puts them on his "worldwide conspirator" list, and vows revenge against them, including interfering with their ebay auctions like he did me.
