Have you seen those furry covers that make your mic look like some kind of animal on a stick?
That is what you want, ask the person who sold you your microphones.
If you are using the onboard microphone, BUY A REAL ONE.

Try a store that sells those electronic ear thingies

Some poeple call them socks or Zeppelins. The furrie ones are calles softies and run a couple a hundred bucks.

If the mic is external, just stick a sock over it. And if it's connected to the camera, get a small cloth or foam and tape it over it.

Another option for the time being is shooting indoors (I know it's a stupid answer but...OK, I can't justify it).
