    I just got an old Eumig P8 Phonomatic and when I turned it on it started belowing out smoke. I thought it was on fire (it wasnt). I turned it off and the smoke went, eventually, i had to open the windows.

    What is wrong with it? Im scared to turn it on again. Is the fan broken?

    Your fan could be broken,but you really need a qualified technician to look at it.In the meantime,don't plug it in again.It may be more cost effective to pick up another projector.They're reasonably cheap.
